You grant the Toyota Estima Owners Club a non-exclusive, and perpetual, worldwide right to the publication of the tutorial for book, computer, on-line, internet and other electronic means.

You retain the right to make and distribute copies of all or part of the tutorial for commercial and non-commercial use.

SELLING OR ADVERTISING ON THE FORUM

The Toyota Estima Owners Club allows it’s club members to advertise parts and whole vehicles for sale, Toyota Estima Owners Club accept no liability for parts or vehicles bought through adverts on this forum and do not endorse any unknown/unproven advertisers whether private or business.

It is a free service offered to private sellers as long as they are registered and paid up club members, guests and forum users are not able to post adverts although they are able to approach the committee for permission to advertise.

Business advertisers please note that an advert has to be submitted to the committee for agreement before being posted on the forum, there will also be a small charge for this service to be advised when you apply to place an advert.

Adverts that are placed as ‘private advertisers’ and are really business advertisers will have their adverts removed immediately.

Please can all advertisers ensure they follow up all enquiries and make sure as far as they can that all goods offered are of a serviceable quality, this makes for a more enjoyable trading experience for all.
